i find that not knowing who the hell i am can be ok. who made the rule we had to know who the hell we are.
i know that what i once was i ain't anymore and that what i am now will probably change.

IN my opinion,you are partly right. BUT... When I NEED to know who I am and don't , I find that frustrating, life-halting.
And the fundamental "me-ness" will never change...just the character attributes associated with me.
